The process will be awarded to the supplier who presents the complete offer, complies with the required technical specifications and whose business line corresponds to the item object of the contract, of in accordance with its current Operating Permit. B. The offer must be submitted in original, duly signed and sealed, in the name of the Heroic and Meritorious Fire Department of Honduras. C.
