The works include the construction of a 3-storey reinforced concrete lift tower comprising raft
foundations and replacement works for an existing lift at Ju Ching Chu Secondary School
(Kwai Chung); the construction of a 7-storey reinforced concrete lift tower comprising piled
foundations and the construction of a single storey transformer room comprising piled
foundations including demolition of an existing staff quarter at T.W.G.Hs. Sun Hoi Directors'
College; together with lift installations including lift replacement (by a Nominated Subcontractor), associated builder-s works and building services installations, and all necessary
alterations, modification and improvement to existing buildings and subsequent reinstatement.
