Amendment 0002:
The purpose of this amendment is to:
1) Add answers to the additional questions received to Q&A attachment
2) Extend the RFP due date. The due date for responses will now be 23 Sept as 1400 MDT.
3) Change Period of Performance start date to adjust PoP.
4) Change PoP for all dates to adjust for new start date.
5) Add FAR 52.232-18 Limitation of Government Funding
In accordance with DAF Contracting Compass Part 32, section Release of Solicitations in Advance of Funding Availability - Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

UPDATE ONLY-
Kirtland AFB will be hosting a site visit at the Kirtland Aquatic Center, Bldg. 20229 Pennsylvania Ave SE, KAFB, NM on Tuesday 15 September at 1400 MDT. We are not requiring an RSVP but we will be starting promptly at 1415 to allow time for traffic and some flexibilities. Please be advised that you will need base access. If you need assistance with base access please reach out to SMSgt Christian Gallager at [email protected], Ms. Monique McLaughlin at [email protected], and 1Lt Jinta Sasamori at [email protected] no later than 1500 on Monday 14 September. Please be sure to include all three individuals so that we can track who needs base access.
