Tender Details
Helsinki is committed to shouldering its responsibility in mitigating climate change. In Helsinki's city strategy 2021 2025, the goal is a carbon-neutral Helsinki by 2030. In addition to the Carbon Neutral Helsinki action program, other important documents guiding the city's own constructionand are, among other things, the city's premises strategy, real estate policy program, policies for adapting to climate change, and the circular and sharing economy action program.
The task of this framework arrangement is to ensure with versatile and high-level planning and consulting expertise, ethat low carbon, energy efficiency, life-cycle cost-effectiveness, nature values and the circular economy will be taken into account in the city's own building and demolition projects and that the projects implement city-level goals.
The services procured through the framework arrangement are divided into sub-areas as follows:
Section 1: Life cycle planning in service construction projects
Section 2: Life cycle planning in residential construction projects
Section 3: Consulting service for the reuse of construction products in service and residential construction projects
Section 4: Environmental classification consulting in service and residential construction projects
The bidder can submit a bid in one or more sub-areas. On the basis of this procurement process, the suppliers with whom contracts for the provision of the aforementioned services will be signed (framework contract)....
