The aim of this tender is to ensure Microsoft licensing in accordance with the licensing strategy redefined in 2025. We are looking for a licensing partner who can reliably, economically and reliably provide the Winterthur Cantonal Hospital with the necessary licenses for the years 2026 to 2028 in the desired configuration. With this tender, the KSW is identifying a licensing partner for the years 2026-2028 (lot 1) and a license supplier for individual licenses for the year 2025 (lot 2)

This lot includes the licenses from the KSW's existing contracts with Microsoft: • Select+ • Enterprise Agreement (EA) • Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) • Server and Cloud Enrollment (SCE)
Purchasing individual licenses
In order to address the increasing cost pressure in the healthcare system and to keep IT spending as low as possible in the coming years certain Microsoft Office licenses should be procured as verified used licenses. This lot includes the delivery of licenses that are fully compliant and operational from a legal and technical perspective.
