As part of its activities, the Molecular Genetics Service of the CHU de Liege needs, to have a web platform for the management and interpretation of genetic data allowing the interpretation of genetic data resulting from two types of technologies available in the laboratory of Diagnosis of human genetics:
genetics service;
generation (NGS - Next Generation Sequencing) on the various sequencers present in the genetic service.
genetics imperatively need software/data analysis and interpretation platform that:
software must be agnostic with regard to the type of data analyzed (file source, sequencing platform used). Possibility of analyzing the data processed by the service is NGS data from VCFS and FASTQ files as well as ORAY-CGH data has from the exported interval-based files of cytogenomics (software that processes the raw data of the CGH scanner);
