For human resources management, the Group uses the SuccessFactors suite available in the Cloud. There solution is used by the staff of the group's four intermunicipal companies with salaried staff. The staff of the IDELUX Group is made up of workers and employed staff. The Group has around 550 employees. 2. For the customer relationship management, the Group uses the C4C solution available in the Cloud. 3. For financial management (accounting, treasury and management control) and logistics (inventory management, purchasing and sales), the Group uses the solution Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP S4 in its 2023 version.
