HNIKT will move Confluence from on-prem to a cloud solution, and therefore also wants to enter into an agreement on technical and practical assistance in connection with the migration. In addition, the customer may need advice and technical support when the cloud solution is in operation. An SSA-small cloud agreement will be entered into for licences, support and plugins, and for migration to the cloud an SSA-B will be entered into agreement.
