Tender Details

Quotation are invited for License Renewable of Different Software Currently Running in AEPC.

Bids (SQ) must be valid for a period of 45 days, counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, amounting to minimum of NRs. 40, 000.00, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. Valid up to Minimum 26 February 2022). The bid security shall confirm to the standard format as specified in the bid document.

Complete set of Bidding Document (SQ) in English may be purchased from the office of AEPC, Mid-Baneshwar, Kathmandu, Nepal during office hours on all working days by eligible bidders 29 November 2021 onwards on the submission of a Written Application, copies of Firm/ Institution Registration and PAN/VAT Registration certificates and upon payment of a fee of NRs. 1, 000.00/-(Non-Refundable). The Bidding Document shall be available for sale up to office hours till 13 December 2021.
