License for an e-learning environment for the training courses and further training from the Flemish Trainers School (VTS), including the possibility of creating tenants for partners within the VTS partnership 2026-SPKAD-01 - 1 The object of this assignment is to make it available via a license or SaaS model (Software As A Service), as well as the development, implementation, configuration, maintenance and support of an e-learning platform for Sport Vlaanderen in general and the Sports Management Training Department in particular. The e-learning platform must form an integrated and secure digital learning environment for managing, offering and monitoring training content and learning paths, including the storage, access and distribution of digital course material. The learning platform must allow training and learning content to be managed and offered flexibly, taking into account the specific operation of the Flemish Trainers School, including the use of different training structures, user roles and tenant environments.
