General part Digit Templates The procurement refers to the Library Platform, hereinafter "The Solution", for Eskilstuna Municipality, hereinafter "The customer". Services within the scope of the assignment include delivery and introduction of a solution support for the client's public library and school library, including cataloguing, media management, circulation, digital user services, self-service functions, integrations with existing solutions and support, education and management. The procurement concerns a future-proof solution that is available to all on equal terms and as enables an equivalent digital service for both public libraries and school libraries. The new solution must meet applicable accessibility standards and better meet the needs of the client's residents and students, with special focus on children, people with disabilities, seniors and residents with mother tongue other than Swedish.
