Tender Details

The Town of Tillsonburg is seeking a qualified contractor to remove the existing canopy structure that covers “Library Lane, ” a covered sidewalk running along the Oxford County Library building between the public parking lot and Broadway Street.
The project includes the removal of the existing canopy roof, sidewalk, and garden areas while preserving; the ramp that runs alongside the library, the stairs at the library entrance, and the library entrance overhang. The work also includes stormwater management improvements, installation of a new sidewalk, sidewalk lighting, and provision for optional items; planters and benches.
