Library information system Description: The subject of this over-the-limit contract for the provision of services is the implementation of a platform of library and information services, including a discovery/search tool (hereinafter also "System/LSP") intended for automation and management of library and information processes at the University of Warsaw (installation, parameterization, configuration and adjustment, registration of library units, borrowings, management of electronic information resources, migration of data from the current library and information system, as well as after technical support, training, hosting, etc.) and technical support and license for the System/LSP during implementation and for 5 years (or 8 years after exercising the option for another 3 years) after it is put into routine operation. The public procurer requires that it be System/LSP implemented in the form of software/system as a service (SaaS) and hosted in the successful applicant's cloud/SaaS environment.
