The Library of Congress (Library), one of the largest libraries in the world with over 150 million items, is seeking a single award IDIQ contract to continue performing researcher assessment, engagement, and analysis in line with the Library Collections and Services Group-s Strategic Plan. The consulting activities include research of the Library-s onsite and online users, review of the Library-s programs and initiatives, and other consulting activities related to the researcher experience.
