Library - information system The subject of this over-the-limit contract for the provision of services is the implementation of a platform of library and information services, including a discovery/search engine (hereinafter referred to as the "System/LSP") intended for automation and management of library and information processes at the University of Warsaw (installation - parameterization, configuration and adjustment, registration of library units, loans, management of electronic information resources, migration of data from the current library and information system, as well as after end of technical support, training, hosting, etc.) and technical support and license for the System/LSP during implementation and 5 years (or 8 years after exercise of the option for another 3 years) after its deployment in routine operation. The contracting authority requires that the System/LSP was implemented as software/system as a service (SaaS) and hosted in the cloud/SaaS environment of the successful bidder.
