The subject of the public contract is liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle in the sense of Act No. 168/1999 Coll., on liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of a vehicle and on the amendment of some related laws (the Act on liability insurance from the operation of a vehicle), forvehicles of the contracting authority (collectively as "vehicles"), for the period from 1/1/2024 to 31/12/2027.

The list of the contracting authority's vehicles valid on the date of the start of this tender (a total of 38 vehicles) is given in Appendix No. 2 of the Call. The insurance will also include other vehicles that the contracting authority during the specified period afterdrives, and will be excluded from it the vehicles that the contracting authority removes from its vehicle fleet during the specified period.
