Part 1: Liability insurance for damage and other injury and health care provider liability insurance Part 2: Vehicle insurance The subject of the performance of the VZ is the provision of a service consisting of liability insurance for damage caused by the provision of health services by Uherskohradišťská hospital according to Act No. 372/2011 Coll., on health services and conditions of their provision, as amended, and insurance of the contracting party's fleet of vehicles as part of the provision of liability insurance caused by vehicle operation according to Act No. 30/2024 Coll., on vehicle liability insurance, as amended, accident insurance and supplementary insurance, for vehicles operated by Uherskohradišťská hospital. Detailed delineation the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is specified in the annexes to this procurement documentation.
