This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3).
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site “ Sasebo” intends to issue a competitive solicitation, for USS TRIPOLI (LHA-7) LHA-7 No.6 SSDG Engine A5 Cylinder Liner; replace, Access Cover Flange Connection of SSDG No. 5 Exhaust Spark Arrester Silencer, repair to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in “Japan only”.
To be eligible for award the offeror must possess a current MSRA/ABR in the applicable region certified by NAVSUP FLC and have an active registration in the System for Awards Management (SAM.gov). Firms with inactive registrations will not be considered for award. Ship repair firms that are not a MSRA/ABR holder and are interested in applying for an MSRA/ABR should submit a capability statement in accordance with the submission instructions stated in the below section. Ship repair firms that do not possess a MSRA/ABR are ineligible for this award.
