Description : The City of Gold Coast Council is looking for feedback from suitably qualified organisations (with experience running a similar facility) on the commercial options for operating the café at the new Pimpama Sports Hub. Pimpama Sports Hub is a 14Ha integrated Precinct providing sporting facilities to the northern Gold Coast area. The facility includes a netball centre, event space, community park and an integrated aquatic, fitness and community centre. The City of Gold Coast Council has identified two possible operating options; firstly, a full commercial operation under a management contract and secondly an agreement with an (NGO) Non-Government Organisation or Registered Training Organisation (RTO) to provide operation under a social enterprise arrangement.
