BACKGROUND:
The Government is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified contractors capable of providing enterprise-wide Lexmark printer products, toner, supplies, maintenance, and related support services. The results of this market research will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential small business set-aside opportunities.
REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION:
The anticipated requirement includes, but is not limited to:
• Lexmark printers and multifunction devices
• Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Lexmark toner and consumables
• OEM Replacement parts and supplies
• Preventive maintenance services
• Corrective maintenance and repair services
• OEM Technical support
• OEM Warranty support and administration
• Asset tracking and reporting
• Logistics and delivery support
• Lexmark Secure Print Release with every Multifunction Printer (MFP)
