Article 113 of the General Provisions of Budget 2024: Failure to comply with the partial deadlines provided according to article 72, second and third paragraphs of the Law on the Contracting LawState, contained in Decree NO74-2001 of July 1, 2001 published in the Official Gazette "La Gaceta" dated September 17, 2001, will be sanctioned with fine equivalent to zero point thirty-six percent (0.36%), for each day of delay, in relation to the total amount of the balance of the balance of the balance ofcontract.
