Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the digitization and standardization of existing documentation, the implementation of substantive changes and their official approval, in the following consecutive stages, which are the subject of this public contract: Digitization and standardization of existing documentation: - Conversion of the valid spatial plan into a data format according to the MMR standard (GML, PDF/A, links to the NGÚP metadata system). - Validation in the MMR tool to verify compliance with the uniform standard. Processing material changes: - Modification of selected development areas (4a, 4b, 9, 10, 11, 12) for mixed residential development - Change of use of the area around the football field to an area for physical education and sports - Change of the coefficient of development in the historical part of the village from 0.4 to 0.9 to preserve the character original buildings - the bed of the Hrádecký stream - modification according to the actual condition. Administrative and negotiation processes: - Drafting of the draft amendment to the Ú, its publication and public discussion in accordance with the Building Act - Evaluation of comments, final approval and issuance of changes to the spatial plan in the form of measures of a general nature by the municipal council Publication and implementation: - Publication of the standardized spatial plan on the municipal website and in the National Spatial Planning Geoportal - Transfer of data to registers and information systems public administration. The project of the municipality of Lenešice is focused on the conversion of the existing spatial plan into a unified standard of spatial planning documentation in accordance with the requirements of call No. 75 IROP - Standardization of the Ú (SC 1.1, MRR).
