Description
In accordance with FAR 5.203 the US Army Corps of Engineers Los Angeles District intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price contract to Leica Geosystems, Inc. The Los Angeles District requires a one-year renewal of twenty (20) Leica Basic Customer Care Plans (CCP) to ensure all Leica survey equipment operate with the latest software update. This renewal includes software maintenance, access to program updates and technical documentation, and technical support via phone, email, or web-based support. The Leica Geosystems Basic CCP Maintenance plan offers direct hotline and web-based support for operational questions, equipment configuration issues, and general advice. It also ensures maximum productivity through performance improvements, application enhancement, and new software features.
