Legislative modernization of the FLUXPAM 5 system as a bridging solution until 2028 The subject of the performance of the awarded public contract is services consisting of implementation necessary development or development requirements in relation to the personnel system FLUXPAM 5, namely especially with regard to the continuous development of the field of related legislation. Key areas of development include in particular: (1) Legislative compliance - module of the Single Monthly Report, electronic PPDP, attendance review; (2) Operational efficiency and integration, optimization workflow; (3) Technical stability and Exit strategy - performance optimization, data preparation for migration. These services will be drawn up gradually, on the basis of individual partial contracts, which will be in accordance with the conclusion of a framework agreement with one supplier with § 132 paragraph 3 letter b) ZZVZ concluded in a procedure without renewing the competition. For details, see Appendix No. 2 ZD. request from the customer, on the basis of which the contractor determines the work estimate and the possible date of implementation, with the understanding that the implementation will only take place after approval and written ordering by the customer. These services are non-entitlement for the contractor and will only be used if necessary and ordered by the customer. The services will always be paid after the transfer of the implemented request based on the acceptance protocol. Detailed delineation the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is stated in the annexes to the tender documentation.
