Tenders are invited for Mc - Legal Translation Service for Mercy Corp Offices - Iraq.

Submission of Company/Institute Profile and Past Experience: The supplier is required to provide a

comprehensive company or institute profile, along with documentation of at least two comparable contracts or

positions held with other international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) or global companies,

accounting for 20% of the evaluation criteria.

B. Timely Delivery: The supplier's ability to adhere to specified delivery timelines for varying quantities is crucial

and will constitute 15% of the overall evaluation. This includes translation services for 1-10 pages, 10-50 pages,

and over 50 pages, from English to Arabic or Kurdish, and vice versa for all three languages.

C. Quality Assessment through Translated Sample Page: Suppliers must submit a translated sample page,

demonstrating proficiency in translating from English to Arabic and Kurdish, contributing to 15% of the

evaluation criteria.

D. Translator Credentials: The supplier should provide detailed curriculum vitae (C.V.) for translators

specializing in English, Arabic, and Kurdish translation, constituting 15% of the overall evaluation.

E. Price Proposal: The financial aspect will be given 35% weight in the evaluation, with suppliers required to

submit a competitive price offer for the specified translation services.

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps

by [2nd March. 2024 @11:59 PM (Iraq Time) in one of the below

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for

Proposal will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid

Forms. The Request for Proposal will be sent according to the

preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.

Please note - you are NOT REQUIRED to submit your Offers at this stage.

Complete Tender Package will be shared with those who submitted signed and

stamped ITB (Intent to Bid) and Supplier Information Forms promptly
