Legal services for labor disputes - TJE-CM-GA-038-2026 - “HIRING OF A CONSULTANT FOR LEGAL ADVICE SPECIALIZED IN LABOR MATTERS”.- Hiring of one (1) consultant to provide legal advice specialized in labor matters. The consultancy will be oriented mainly to the analysis of summonses for conciliation hearings before the General Directorate of Labor, as well as legal support for the preparation and attention of the corresponding actions in said instance. Likewise, it will include the analysis and design of legal strategies related to possible labor claims and the different stages of the corresponding judicial processes, including support in the preparation and review of writings, arguments, means of defense and other procedural actions that are required before the Labor Courts and the Administrative Courts. The consultant must have at least a university degree in Law, duly accredited, and be legally qualified to practice law professionally in Honduras.
