The object of the contract is the provision of services carried out by an external Data Protection Officer (hereinafter referred to as DPO) with a view to meeting the obligations arising from the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as GDPR). THE different phases of the market will be carried out in collaboration with the Information Security Advisor (CSI), the Operations Control Coordinator and Wallonia Tourism agents. All tasks that can be handled by the agents of Tourism Wallonia will be charged to them. The intervention of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) will be limited only to tasks requiring his specific expertise.
