Legal services The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority invites an open tender competition for the purchase of legal services. The competition includes the following two separate sub-areas (sub-contracts): Employment law Privacy, public procurement etc. The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with 1 (one) supplier per sub-area. Offers can be submitted for one or both sub-areas. Each sub-area constitutes one competition and will be evaluated independently of the other sub-area. The framework agreements apply for 2 (two) years from the date of the agreement with the right to to extend the agreements by a further one year at a time up to twice.
