Legal services Norsk Tipping wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of legal services. The legal services requested will function as support for Norsk Tipping's own lawyers (3). The need is within the following legal areas, which may vary throughout the agreement period: •EU/EEA law •Competition law •State aid law •Public administration (including the interface between public administration and business activities) •ICT law, privacy, intellectual property law (including the interface between these areas of law) • Public procurement • Labor law (individual and collective) • Company law • Consumer legislation • Media law and marketing • Money laundering law • Company law Within the individual legal areas, the work will consist of guidance and assessment/notes, quality assurance, negotiations and renegotiations of contracts, ongoing quality assurance before contracts are signed, representation towards the company's business relations, follow-up of contracts, dispute resolution and assignments as process representative on behalf of the company.
