Duties of the service provider-1. Contracting Law: development, analysis and legal expertise of contracts (purchase, sale, lease, supply, contract, etc.), support of negotiations and approval of the terms of contracts, protection of interests in violation of the terms works.2. Intellectual property: registration of patents for inventions, utility models and industrial designs, registration of copyright and related rights, registration of trademarks (signs for goods and services), licensing contracts, franchising contracts, acts of rights of intellectual rights property (in court and administrative), consultations on commercial secrecy and know-how. Patent and patent support services - consultations on the choice of jurisdictions for patenting inventions and industrial designs, preparation and submission of international applications under the procedure PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty), Patent Registration in the European Patent Office (EPO) and national agencies of other countries, translation and adaptation of patent documentation in accordance with the requirements of foreign patent bodies, support of examination and correspondence procedures with patent attorneys border, monitoring of the terms of payment of meetings and continuation of patents abroad, protection of patent rights in international jurisdictions and dispute resolution.3. Tax and financial law - consultations on taxation and tax planning, appeal of decisions of tax authorities, legal support during check -on, structuring of financial flows and contracts to minimize risks.4.
