The purpose of this framework agreement is thus the purpose of the completion of industrial property advice services for the deposit, registration, protection and defense of brands, models and water patents in Paris. These services include in particular: - the appreciation of the opportunity and the Admissibility of patent, brands and model deposits; - the deposit and registration formalities of patents, brands and models; - Negotiations, coexistence agreements and/or opposition to deposits likely to infringe the rights acquired relating to brands and water models from Paris; - monitoring of the marks and models of Paris water and reminders of renewal of brands reaching each year; - representation before the bodies which do not necessarily require the representation by a lawyer; - Execution aid decisions rendered; - the organization of one or two annual training days
