The acquisition will be focused on the wide-ranging legal expert services needed by Veikkaus (Veikkaus ") in the future. The subject of the acquisition is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and in its annexes, especially in Annex 1 "Description of the item". Framework arrangement includes six (6) areas thatare: • Section 1: Data • Subtress 2: Corporate law • Section 3: Gambling & Competition • Section 4: Tax • Section 5: M&A & Transactions • Subject 6: International License 1-6 is selected at a maximum of two (2) service providers per area.The offer may be submitted to a maximum of three (3) areas and the tenderer may be selected to a maximum of three (3) areas. The maximum value of the framework arrangement is € 1, 992, 031 (VAT 0%). The contract period starts at 05/2025. The basic contract period is valid until March 31, 2027. The agreement is then includedTwo (2) one (1) year-on-year option. The use of the option is decided by the contracting entity.
