Legal Counsel service for Representation of the Government of Yemen in relation to the Photovoltaic Solar Power Plants to be Developed in Abyan and Al Mahra Governorates in Yemen.Under the guidance of UNDP, the selected legal counsel ("Legal Counsel") will undertake, together with the local counsel of Ministry, Government of Yemen and/or in-house counsel of PEC (or the Ministry), drafting and/or reviewing and negotiating the following documentation (referred to as "Project Documents"):The Legal Counsel will also work closely with local and in-house counsels of Ministry and/or PEC to get the relevant approvals for the Project Documents during various stages of the Project.
