This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort McCoy, WI is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify potential small business sources having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement to provide and install fine pixel pitch LED screen system panels, corresponding controllers, encoders and mounts, service repairs, or any other supplies as necessary for system operation for the US. Army in Bell Chasse, LA.
The system must include the following:
LED screens with a total display size of approximately 19.7 feet (W) x 5.5 feet (H)
Cabinets that measure approximately 23.62 inches (W) x 13.28 inches (H) x 2.2 inches (D)
4K controller
The system must include on-site commissioning by a qualified technician to ensure proper setup, testing, and compliance with performance standards, and on-site training must be provided for operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance of the system. In addition, the contractor shall provide a 10-year Warranty/Maintenance Service Agreement and provide customer service support in the event of any equipment failure or any related problems.
In accordance with with CHESS Ordering guide the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334111 (Electronic Computer Manufacturing) with a small business size standard of 1, 250 employees. The nonmanufacturer rule, IAW RFO 19.104-1(f)(1), is applicable to this requirement and no class waiver exists for LED screen systems.
The results of this market research will contribute to identifying potential sources and determining the method of procurement if a requirement materializes.
