The purpose of this amendment is to perform the following:
Extends the RFQ due date to 10 February 2026 at 3:00pm EST.
Provides Government responses to all offeror questions received. Please see attachment Titled “Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs) AE26 - Questions and Answers”
Revise Period of Performance dates for CLINs 0001-0012
Revise solicitation quantities to reflect total number of days of service instead of number of vehicles.
Add Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0010, 0011, and 0012.
Change Performance Work Statement (PWS) to reflect additional CLINs and CLIN specification changes.
Incorporate additional contract clauses into the solicitation, including but not limited to:
FAR 52.232-39, Unenforceability of Unauthorized Obligation
FAR 52.243-1, Changes — Fixed-Price
FAR 52.249-1, Termination for Convenience of the Government (Services)
FAR 52.247-34, F.o.b. Destination.
FAR 52.233-3, Protest After Award
FAR 52.222-42, Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires
FAR 52.228-8, Liability and Insurance-Leased Motor Vehicles
FAR 52.204-26, Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services- Representation
