Tenders are invited for Leasing of the Microelectronics Centre at 1 Fuk Wang Street, Yuen Long Industrial Estate

To be commenced in second half of 2024, the MEC will provide over 36, 000 square meters of gross floor
area to support and promote the development of the microelectronics industry in Hong Kong.
MEC is aiming to capture the advanced semiconductor opportunities with pilot scale production by
(1) providing ready to use (i) lightweight workshops and (ii) pre-fabricated cleanrooms with (a) Ultrapure DI water, (b) dangerous goods store, (c) piping, and (d) waste treatment facilities, and
additional space for tenants- Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (“MEP”) for other special systems;
and
(2) providing shared Quality Control and Reliability laboratory (“QCR Lab”)
