Tender Details

The European tender concerns the "Lease and maintenance of drinks vending machines" for the Municipality of Veenendaal. It is a public procedure for the leasing of approximately 16 drinks vending machines for an initial period of 5 years (2026-2031), with options for extension until maximum 2036. The order includes the provision of service and maintenance, and optionally the lease of healthy snack machines and/or additional drinks machines. The tender is carried out completely digitally via TenderNed. Tenderers will be selected based on the most economically advantageous tender (BPKV), where both quality aspects (sustainability, circularity, CSR, equipment implementation, availability, implementation plan, and a taste and user test) as well as the price are assessed.
