INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

LEASE OF VENUE FOR THE CONDUCT OF TRAINING ON RAPID DAMAGE ASSESSMENT AND NEEDS ANALYSIS (RDANA)

1. The Provincial Government of Masbate, through LGU-s Annual Budget as Approved Budget by the Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of One Million Thirty Four Thousand Pesos (Php1, 034, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Lease of Venue for the conduct of Training on Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA) (Project I.D. No. IB-Goods-021-2024). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Masbate now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required is upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
