1) The Province of Guimaras through the SPP (Learning & Development Program 2026) 1031-502-99-990;SPP (Learning & Development Program 2026) 1031-502-99-990; intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 211, 600.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LEASE OF VENUE WITH CATERING SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for LEASE OF VENUE WITH CATERING SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATION using the Lowest Calculated Bid as the Award Criteria and None for the Procurement Strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required on as per scheduled. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
