The subject of the order is the lease of a surgical robot with equipment and tools for performing surgical procedures. Per item the order consists of: 1) lease of a surgical robot with equipment and tools for performing surgical procedures for a period of 12 months, with parameters specified in the Assortment and Price Form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2) delivery of sets of medical devices to perform a total of 150 robotic procedures in the field of robotic surgery in the following specialties: urology, gynecology, general and colorectal surgery (expiration date of sterile single-use tools and accessories in time of delivery may not be less than 12 months). 3) performing the necessary installation works to launch the device and adapt it to the needs of the Ordering Party. 4) training of staff in the use of the device. 5) provision of services warranty during the lease period 6) system delivery time up to 14 business days from the moment of signing the contract. 7) the maximum delivery time for a set of tools and accessories from the date of placing the order by the Ordering Party may not exceed 5 days working days.
