The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport (NUWC Keyport) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information on the availability and cost of small boats and qualified operators suitable for supporting underwater research and development activities in the Puget Sound region. NUWC Keyport conducts research, development, testing, and evaluation of undersea warfare systems. To support these activities, NUWC Keyport requires access to reliable and capable small boats and experienced operators for deployment in the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Hood Canal, and Puget Sound.
