Description : I. RATIONALE

All resources of the government shall be managed, expended or utilized and stored in accordance with law or regulation and safeguard against loss or wastage through improper disposition, with view of ensuring economy, efficiency and effectiveness in the operation of the government. “Section 2 of Presidential Decree 1445. In adherence to the policy stipulated by the law, the Department of Tourism XI will engage in rental service to a qualified real property lessor in order to safeguard the storage of Plants, Property and Equipment and other agency-s records, supplies and properties.

II. PROCUREMENT DESCRIPTION

The Department of Tourism Region XI through its Bids and Awards Committee, intends to procure for a Lease Real Property: Rental of DOT Region XI Warehouse/Stockroom for Unserviceable PPES, Records and other DOT XI Supplies and Properties from May 1 to December 31, 2024.
