Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS FOR THE LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY TO BE USED AS PARKING SPACE FOR THE OPAPRU SERVICE MOTOR VEHICLES FOR THE PERIOD APRIL - DECEMBER 2024

1. The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU), intends to apply the amount of Two Million Three Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Pesos Only (PHP2, 349, 000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Lease of Real Property as Parking Space for the OPAPRU Service Motor Vehicles for the Period of April - December 2024.

2. The OPAPRU Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.

3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two-Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
