Lease of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) website with maintenance and technical assistance as well as the possibility of development with additional functions 1. The subject of the order is the lease of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) website. along with maintenance and technical assistance as well as the possibility of development with additional functions by providing the service: 1) transfer of the Portal to the Contractor's IT resources; 2) maintaining the Portal, including hosting it on the IT infrastructure Contractors and administrative services, including virtual assistant maintenance services; 3) development of the Portal, consisting in the implementation of functional and visual changes; 4) technical assistance, 5) granting the Ordering Party rights to the products generated in connection with the provision of the service, 6) design, delivery, implementation and maintenance of a virtual assistant supporting issues in the field of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) in accordance with Annex G to OPZ; 7) website accessibility audit www.ppp.gov.pl. 2. Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ). A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose offer is deemed the most advantageous on the terms specified in the PPU. Ordering party provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the concluded contract, pursuant to Art. 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 3.
