Lease of Property

The Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), through its Bids and Awards Committee, intend to lease a venue, including accommodation and meals, for the -œNational Training on Post Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA) for the Department of Agriculture-s Commodity Programs (Corn, Rice, High Value, Livestock)- to be held on November 12-16, 2018 at Calabarzon (Cavite ).

The lease of real property and venue will be undertaken in accordance to Section 53.10 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act no. 9184.

The approved budget for the event is Php 978, 000.00 for 120 pax.

As such, you are invited to submit your establishment-s quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your duly authorized representative not later than October 24, 2018, at exactly 5:00pm for the item described below, subject to the Terms and Conditions provided at the dorsal portion of this request for quotation (RFQ). Open quotations may be submitted.

Please submit a copy of your current PhilGEPS Registration Certificate, Mayor-s Permit, Omnibus Sworn Statement and latest income/business tax with your quotation.
