Proposers shall forward an original and two (2) hard copies of their proposal to the address shown below. Late proposals will be rejected as non-responsive. Proposals will be publicly opened and only the firm name will be read aloud in the Jefferson County Purchasing Department, 1149 Pearl Street, 1st Floor, Beaumont, Texas 77701 at the time and date below. Proposals shall be opened in a manner that avoids disclosure of the contents to competing Proposers and maintains the confidentiality of the proposals during negotiations.
