Rental of a printer and related services Description: The subject of the order is the provision of printing, copying, scanning of documents and materials through the rental of 124 pieces of equipment and related services (supply of toners, maintenance and repair of equipment, system collection of data on printed materials, including supplies of blank office paper), to the extent defined in Annex no. 1 of the contract Specification with price calculation, according to the technical specification of the equipment defined in Appendix no. 4 Technical contracts specification, during the duration of the contract of 48 calendar months. The subject of the contract is also transport, collection, removal and disposal of waste (e.g. packaging material), installation, commissioning, operator and maintenance training, relevant documentation - instructions for service, certificates/declarations of conformity, etc., as well as all related costs related to the delivery of goods, taking into account the purpose and functions of the requested goods, and minimum requirements for technical support of equipment, outputs and related services, more defined in Annex no. 5 Technical support contracts.
