The premises should include the following general considerations:- Accommodate seven to nine (7-9) staff- Include three (3) parking spaces (can be external). The minimum dimensions for parking spaces must be no less than 5 meters in length and 2.5 meters in width. - Area range of 95 to 105 square meters- Minimum two (2) bathrooms (Men and women bathrooms in separated areas)- The premises should have at least a small kitchen/cafeteria area- Utilities should be included in the monthly cost as a reimbursement amount.- Premises close to municipality offices will be desirable- The layout/floor plan of the premises is requested to be attached to the proposal- Facilities maintenance must be considered in the proposal.
