The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for new and/or continuing leasing
opportunities through the Leasing Portal.
Award under this RLP will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer, without
negotiations.

○ West: Starting at the intersection of Hwy 10/Cantrell Rd. Chenal Pkwy, proceed southeast to
Kanis Rd. then continuing east to IH-430. Turn south on IH-430 and continue to IH-30.
○ South: Turn east on IH-30 at IH-430 and continue to IH-630. Turn west on IH-630 then turn
North onto Cumberland St.
○ East: Proceed north on Cumberland then go West on La Harpe Blvd/Hwy 10/Cantrell Rd.
