The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) is seeking to identify available office space in Barrancabermeja, Colombia to enter into a lease contract for an initial term of one (1), with four (4) optional one-year term extensions. The premises should include the following general considerations:- Accommodate eight (8) staff- Include three (3) parking spaces (can be external). The minimum dimensions for parking spaces must be no less than 5 meters in length and 2.5 meters in width - Area range of 105 square meters to 120 square meters- Minimum two (2) bathrooms (Men and women bathrooms in separated areas)- The premises should have at least a small kitchen/cafeteria area- Utilities should be included in the monthly cost as a reimbursement amount- Premises close to municipality offices, in business centers, or in residential neighborhoods are acceptable- The layout/floor plan of the premises is requested to be attached to the offer- Facilities maintenance should be considered in the proposal (please see below for additional information).The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (MVNUC) seeks to identify available offices in Barrancabermeja, Colombia, to sign a lease contract with an initial term of one (1) year, with four (4) optional one-year extensions.
